Since 1862, Solomon Lutheran Church has supported and maintained an elementary school in Woodville, Ohio. We are very proud to be the longest-running school in the country for the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA).
At its founding and for many years after, Solomon was a parochial school, existing solely to meet the educational needs of the congregation’s children. We have since broadened our scope to include children whose families may not be members of Solomon Lutheran Church, but who are keenly interested in the values of Christian education.

Families interested in touring Solomon Lutheran School can contact the office at 419-849-3600 and ask for Principal, Natalie Schiets. Principal Schiets has overseen the education and safety of the students and staff of Solomon Elementary for over 18 years.
Solomon Lutheran School is a non-chartered Private Christian School offering education for Nursery students through grade 7. Learn more about their mission!
